Cooking Instructions
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature
of 74°C (165°F). Remove product from packaging.
GRILL
• Place on grill for 20 to 25 minutes on low,
turning 2 to 3 times.
• Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes
before serving.
OVEN
• Preheat oven to 204°C (400°F).
• Preheat frying pan on medium high.
• Add 1/2 tbsp (7.5 mL) of vegetable oil to hot
frying pan.
• Remove product from packaging and place into the pan and sear each side for about 2 minutes.
• Place seared product on foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
• Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes
before serving.
