Cooking Instructions
Conventional Oven
Remove roast from packaging and place roast onto a foil-lined pan.
Let roast REST at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
Transfer roast to the oven and cook to your desired doneness:
Medium Rare (145°F / 63°C) 40 - 50 minutes
Medium (160°F / 71°C) 50 - 60 minutes
Well Done (170°F / 77°C) 60 - 70 minutes
