Chilli Garlic Lamb Spiedini

Ingredients

  • Roast 1 tbsp whole coriander seeds

  • Grind in mortar & pestle

  • Add 2 fresh chopped green chillies (optional, depending on your heat preference)

  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup yogurt

  • Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Add marinade to Marcangelo pre-skewered Lamb Spiedini and let it marinate overnight or for 4 hours in fridge.

  2. You can easily grill these on the BBQ, bake them in the oven or even grill them on stove top!
