Ingredients
Roast 1 tbsp whole coriander seeds
Grind in mortar & pestle
Add 2 fresh chopped green chillies (optional, depending on your heat preference)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup yogurt
Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
Add marinade to Marcangelo pre-skewered Lamb Spiedini and let it marinate overnight or for 4 hours in fridge.
You can easily grill these on the BBQ, bake them in the oven or even grill them on stove top!
